LICENCED E-LEARNING LIBRARY
LICENCED E-LEARNING LIBRARY
Built on an impactful internal training program developed with Mastercard, Richard Bistrong’s anti-bribery, ethics and compliance e-learning videos depict real-world events that ultimately led to his pleading guilty to FCPA and other offenses. This training library is not scenario based training, it’s real world training!
Richard’s e-learning video series, as featured in the Wall Street Journal and co-produced by Mastercard, are now available to corporations for short and long term license. The videos, which address real-world corruption and compliance risk, have won top awards from the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts as well as multiple Telly Awards that recognize “excellence in video and television across all screens.”
The first video, Behind the Bribe: The Richard Bistrong Story, is compelling anti-bribery training content with real world vignettes, as told through the front-line perspectives of Richard Bistrong, former FCPA violator and FBI/UK Informant, and Keith Slotter, former Chief of the FBI’s Global Financial Crimes Program. This training video is the first ever of its kind, including front-line perspectives and multinational participation.
The second video, From Beach House to Blackmail, reaches beyond the front-lines of sales. It is also intended to help train employees in supply chain management, procurement and support functions. It’s about the perils of getting too close and comfortable with third parties, be they suppliers, agents, or other intermediaries and ignoring red-flags.
This video is also told through the narrative of Richard Bistrong and is co-narrated by Keith Slotter as well as Angélique Parisot-Potter, a compliance leader with decades of experience in regions as diverse as South America, Europe, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
Karen Griffin, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Mastercard, said:
"We recognized the need to move beyond the traditional classroom exercise to help our teams understand the potential impact of bribery and compliance events. Richard Bistrong’s story does just that. This innovative approach is effective in helping to remove blind spots as it gives people a relatable experience they will remember."
