  • The subjects introduced on this Blog are designed to provoke thoughtful, professional and relevant discussion on current FCPA issues. Posts will be reviewed by the moderator, and where necessary truncated for length. Inappropriate posts will be deleted. 
  • To ensure the quality and professionalism of the discussion, all comments will be reviewed, and posts which are inappropriate, not-relevant, off topic or in any way ill-spirited will be deleted per the criteria as described in the Guidelines.

By submitting a comment on this Blog, you agree that the comment content is your own, and to hold the Blog owner and organization, all subsidiaries and representatives harmless from any and all repercussions, damages and liability.
