Code of Conduct: As discussed in Guidelines, the purpose of this Blog is to stimulate a thoughtful, professional and relevant discussion on FCPA issues, especially concerning sales and marketing organizations. This Blog is a forward looking community aimed at adding relevancy to an already robust and professional compliance dialogue. Therefore, I will only post professional, courteous and non-accusatory comments. This standard pertains to my own posts, as well as to guest comments and guest posts.
